MURATBEY Van Herby Cheese (Van Otlu Peynir) 200g

Herby cheese, which is one of the cheese varieties unique to the Van region, is produced from cow or goat milk. Herbed cheese, which is prepared with about 20 - 25 kinds of herbs collected from the mountains in the spring months, is put into the herbs such as thyme, which are mostly known by the local names of sirimo, sirik, mende, kenger and heliz, and wild thyme.
