Beaten beans are one of the most beloved dishes in Romanian cuisine. Whether you're a vegetarian, you're fasting, or you're a meat lover, it's hard not to like it. We offer you our specialty, in which we use more ingredients than when preparing at home: beans, onions, carrots, parsley, red bell peppers, dehydrated tomatoes, broth and spices. The beaten beans are wonderful with bread or as a side dish to dishes with or without meat.
Sarmale are Romanian stuffed cabbage rolls traditionally served on Christmas and New Year's Eve but also served throughout the year at weddings, baptism parties, and other large celebrations.
