Ajvar is a condiment made principally from red bell peppers, eggplants, and oil. The relish became a popular side dish throughout Yugoslavia after World War II and is popular in Southeastern Europe. Homemade ajvar is made of roasted peppers.

Beaten beans are one of the most beloved dishes in Romanian cuisine. Whether you're a vegetarian, you're fasting, or you're a meat lover, it's hard not to like it. We offer you our specialty, in which we use more ingredients than when preparing at home: beans, onions, carrots, parsley, red bell peppers, dehydrated tomatoes, broth and spices. The beaten beans are wonderful with bread or as a side dish to dishes with or without meat.

Ingredients: water, sunflower oil, mushrooms 8%, soy protein, gelling agent: carrageenan, wheat starch, thickener: guar gum, stabilizers: polyphosphates, emulsifier: acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides, antioxidants: sodium, glucose syrup, rosemary extract, coloring: caramel.

Sarmale are Romanian stuffed cabbage rolls traditionally served on Christmas and New Year's Eve but also served throughout the year at weddings, baptism parties, and other large celebrations. Ground pork is mixed with sauteed caramelized onions and rice stuffed in a cabbage leaf, pickled sauerkraut leaf or grape leaf.

This tasty and aromatic vegetable relish is made with a delicious blend of ripe peppers, tomatoes, aubergine and spices.
