A special type of baklava, şöbiyet with pistachio differs from other baklavas both in taste and shape. Sobiyet, which is folded in the form of an amulet, is not made with forty layers of phyllo like the walnut or pistachio baklavas we know. Fourteen layers of thin baklava phyllo is used in the making of the Şöbiyet dessert.❄️❄️PERISHABLE ITEM❄️❄️ Perishables must be shipped using UPS express shipping methods.
