BASAK PUL BIBERI (HOT SCALED PEPPER)

I've always loved crushed red pepper flakes but hated when I would bite into a concentration of seeds... look out mouth on fire! Basak's red pepper has no seeds, only pepper flakes. This gives you control over the amount of heat you want in your food. I actually use it more liberally because I don't have to worry about the surprise spike of heat from seeds! Love, love it!
